The upstream ovhcloud-mcp package.json has no bin field, so buildNpmPackage produced no executable. The mcp-gateway could not spawn it ("No such file or directory"). Add a makeWrapper that runs node dist/index.js.

Verified: nix build .#ovhcloud-mcp produces bin/ovhcloud-mcp, and it starts (reports missing OVH_APPLICATION_KEY as expected).
