Tom Janssens 7fc37de058 Some IO tests return alternate error codes on windows 
Now these tests allow different kinds of error codes. However, I currently
duplicate the is_io_error? method; I would assume there would be an easier
way to do this; maybe just put it in a namespace and reference the
namespace?

José Valim 67896b56c5 Ensure errors point to the proper -> clauses 
This commit changes the -> clauses representation from:

    { :->, meta, list({ list(expr), expr }) }

To:

    { :->, meta, list({ list(expr), meta, expr }) }

Now clauses can store metadata, which allows us to provide
accurate reporting information.

Closes #1215

allows one to write:
