Justin Weiss 3f8e3d4d38 Fixed some incorrect markdown in binary_to_list/3's documentation. 
The docs for binary_to_list/3 weren't monospacing their reference to binary_to_list/1, which resulted in some bad italicization.

vanstee f2d9e802cd Include description and improve formatting 
Switching from `AssertionError` to `ExpectationError` gives us a nicer
error message and allows us to easily include the incorrect result as a
description.

Fixes #1276

If the asserted statement evaluates to false, show the unevaluated
statement in the assertion error output message for more context about
the failure. Refute also now follows similar semantics.

Fixes #1276

Tom Janssens aedc78536f Fix the rebar wrapper on windows 
System.find_executable for rebar returns a rebar.cmd file, which should not
be wrapped by escript. We now have an extra check that verifies whether the
invoked file is indeed a cmd file.
