TrueZhuangjia 34f632e7e4 - fix iPhone onScreen Widget sensitivity in storyboard 
- fix the issue of unable to load touch point velocity factor higher than 200%
- 700% sensitivity available for touchPad mode mouse
- change maximum sensitivity for stick & on-screen mouse touchPad widget to 600%
