Adds annas-mcp package

Go MCP server for searching and downloading documents from Anna's Archive.

  • Uses buildGoModule with lib.fakeHash placeholders
  • Needs nix build .#annas-mcp on wilkes to get real hashes
  • Binary wraps with mcp subcommand for stdio mode

After merging and getting real hashes, will be deployed to perlis via config-nixos.
