Eksperimental 27fefd8716 Raise when given non-keyword-lists in Keyword.merge/3 (#5479) 
This commit makes sure a valid keyword is given as both arguments.

Additionally, it adds tests to make sure Keyword.merge/2,3 work
exactly the same way if the function passed to merge/3 returns
the value from the second keyword list.

Module attributes that are imported from other
contexts are not warned. This keeps the same
semantics regarding variables and function definition
ordering which are not warned when they come from
other contexts.

Michał Muskała aebced19ec Simplify Kernel.match?/2 (#5429) 
There's no need for a special handling of the underscore as the pattern,
the case expression is able of optimizing such cases too.

Additionally the right was never evaluated with underscore as the
pattern, which could lead to subtle bugs.

Currently match?(_, foo) will emit a pattern warning since both branches
of the case are exactly the same. This means such expressions had to be
removed from the test suite. They were replaced with the equivalent:

    fn _ -> true end
