Ordered partial application is converted into "named" function
...
Previously, List.flatten(&1) generated a function that called
List.flatten. After this commit, it will effectively extract
the flatten function from List, which should be faster (since
it will be similar to invoking List.flatten directly, skipping
the double function dispatch cost).
This commit extends the same functionality for imports.
