José Valim fb8ad142e9 Deprecate :umbrella path opt in favor of :in_umbrella 
The previous :umbrella option was ambiguous, as it was not clear
if it was a dependency inside an umbrella or an umbrella dependency.

AtKaaZ 004bfc43a4 fixing a test to also work in Windows 
used to do this:
'MIX_ENV' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Tested to work on both Windows and Linux.
However the following is seen on console:
Mix requires the compile path "ebin" to be inside a directory with the
 same name as the application name :no_mixfile,
got "s:/workspace.elixir.2013/elixir/lib/mix/tmp/Mix.CLITest/test env/ebin"

quick test with `make test_mix`

José Valim 94d3f187ad Slight clean up on mix tests 
We don't need to test all scenarios because guaranteeing that
a failure in one compiler is enough to abort the others is enough
for an integration test.

Eric Meadows-Jonsson 6e3a64a1d0 Check path deps to see if we should recompile 
'mix compile' will check the manifest files' mtime of all mix path
dependencies - if they are newer then the local .compile.elixir file
we need to recompile.

José Valim a056f0ac40 Projects without a mix.exs can't be recursive 
Otherwise, recursive_enabled? always returns true, even
when it should be disabled, affecting the output of tasks.
