Eksperimental 90b8592125 Reword ISO 8601 and add link to standard (#5321) 
Corrected the spelling of "ISO 8601" (a space must be used),
added a link to the Wikipedia article about the standard, and
changed "ISO 8601" to "ISO 8601:2004" where the year was
omitted.
