Tobias Pfeiffer 914a409712 Rephrase some documentation Enum.max* and Enum.min*
The documentation mentioned "biggest" and "smallest" element,
but the meaning may be better conveyed by using "maximal"
and "minimal" instead (since these function start with max* and min*
anyways).

Andrea Leopardi 707f44e38e Add a callback for long-to-compile files in Kernel.ParallelCompiler (#4626)
Add the :each_waiting and :waiting_timeout options to
Kernel.ParallelCompiler.files/2. These option control what to do when a
file it's taking longer than :waiting_timeout to compile: in such cases,
the :each_waiting function is called with that file as its argument.
