It is important to avoid rendering ANSI codes in the documentation as
1) IO.ANSI's own documentation becomes effectively unreadable as one
can't see the syntax format
2) Markdown is not expected to have ANSI codes rendered

Fix tasks may run multiple times
...
Store each task as a {task, application} pair once run. This fixes
that a task run for a sub project in umbrella projects wasn't
properly registered as run.

Improve previous clause does not match warning
...
We have redefined the warning to say:
"trying to override previously defined function NAME/ARITY"
We have also relaxed the rules that causes the warning to
emitted. For example, if any kind of meta-programming or
unquoting is detected in the function definition, we skip
the warning altogether.
Closes #934 .
