José Valim cd162bf3d6 Do not inherit bugs on GenServer calls and casts 
Prior to this change, we were inheriting OTP bug where
bad arguments in call were treated as exits.

We also fixed the bug in cast where messages could be
delivered out of order. It is preferrable to wait on
connection.

José Valim e2bac56556 Reply to GenEvent manager from stream right away 
This way the GenEvent can start processing the other
handlers, reducing the processing time for each event
from sum(handlers) to max(handlers).

José Valim 79fb40ab6a Correctly follow code specs when loading binaries 
If we are compiling the module, we will load it with the
output of its beam file. If the module exists only in
memory, :code.which/1 will return `:in_memory`.
