Due to windows incompatibility, we removed some of the doctests for the

vanstee a6f256fbe8 Remove variables defined in match? from scope 
At @josevalim's suggestion, we loop over the ast given to the macro and
disable scope of any new variables defined, which effectively stops
variables from leaking into the outside scope.

Tom Janssens 4b4a7e8d4a Tests on windows now intercept stderr from elixir(c) invocations 
Previously tests on windows did not intercept stderr when they were
invoked through :os.cmd, so we now add a piper redirect from stderr
to stdout when invoking elixir(c) on windows.
