eksperimental 7b2fa9192a Use Title Case and backticks for Erlang and Elixir applications 
It includes Erlang, Elixir, ExUnit, ExDoc, Logger, IEx, elixirc

It leaves Mix for a different PR.

eksperimental 8f0175fd98 Add arity or correct it for functions that are not being linked in the html docs 
original issue: https://github.com/elixir-lang/ex_doc/issues/321

I created a shell script that checks for anything references to Modules that are not actually linked

I will update the script to work with regular elixir projects, so it can be used by other projects

eksperimental 8d5c009b13 Correct descriptions in @doc, @moduledoc, @shortdoc to use Present Continuous 
It makes it consistent with the rest of the docs.

I have just looked for the first line in @doc, @moduledoc, so lines bellow it may still need
to be corrected.

@shortdoc all have been corrected.

James Fish 6cd1478a2e Move terminate reason to second line in logs 
With default settings logger could truncate the log before the
terminate reason if there is a large term beforehand, such as a large
message in a GenServer termination report. Therefore move terminate
reason (the most important information) as near the front of the
message as possible so that as little of it as possible is truncated.

Andrea Leopardi 3d4a566a9b Rename the first argument to the Logger macros 
The argument was called `chardata` but the macros accept chardata as well as an
anonymous function (like the documentation for `Logger.log/3` shows). I think
calling the argument `chardata_or_fn` will make documentation a little bit
clearer.
