Right now, we simply trust the user that any external
dependency will be listed as a @file and use those
to track any external dependency.

When running on unix, we may emit warnings if the filesystem
is not configured to latin1, so we relax the tests assertion
to account for the warnings.

Alexei Sholik f35dd567a1 Add String.split_at 
While it is straightforward to split a string given
an offset in bytes from its beginning like this

    <<left::[binary, size(offset)], right::binary>> = string

splitting at grapheme boundary or using negative offset
is not so simple. Hence this function.

José Valim ec776c7d68 Regexes are no longer unicode by default 
By making them unicode, it was impossible match on binary streams,
as unicode expects valid unicode strings.
