Rename a variable holding an NaiveDateTime in ISO calendar.
It is not a date and it is not in UTC, but rather a NaiveDateTime.

José Valim 34befaaa36 Allow to prune metadata while escaping (#7949) 
We use this option in ExUnit as we are escaping
the code to eventually convert it to a string
representation and therefore the metadata is not
relevant.

Fernando Tapia Rico 92439f637f Use "time zone" instead of "timezone" everywhere (#7917) 
There is a mix of "timezone" and "time zone" in the codebase. For what I read, "time zone" is usually more correct.

In addition, there are some variables and types named `time_zone`, so I think the best option is to go with "time zone".
