Allow passing a wildcard to -pa, -pz and -r options
...
If the user invokes elixir with a quoted string
elixir -pa 'deps*/ebin'
then the CLI will receive the literal path 'deps/*/ebin'. That is why
we're better off processing the wildcards ourselves.

Remove module String.
...
For 0.9 release we are going to have two different modules
Binary and CharList. Implementation specific behavior will
be added to those modules. At some point we can provide a
module named String that handles those differences.
