Wei Huang 2275215988 Use a b instead of n for Integer.extended_gcd (#11240) 
a and b matches the documentation and this also makes the heading in
doc to be `def extended_gcd(a, b)` instead of `def extended_gcd(n, n)`.

Timmo Verlaan 50b03b9c72 Optimize binary pattern matching in Integer.parse (#9201) 
Matching with is_binary once is a slight performance gain, only
noticeable on long numbers. It also makes the FunctionClauseError more
clear: `** (FunctionClauseError) no function clause matching in
Integer.parse/2` vs `** (FunctionClauseError) no function clause
matching in Integer.count_digits/2`

In particular, all deprecated code would be removed on v2.0,
so we don't need to annotate dperecated code with a TODO to
remove it on v2.0.

Separate extracting the sign from the rest of the pass.
This allows drastically limiting the number of generated cases and
reduces the complexity of the code, speeding it up at the same time.
